Nahargarh Fort stands on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, overlooking the pink city of Jaipur in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The view of the city from the fort is average.
We visited yesterday. The only thing to see there was The Madhavendra Bhawan, built by Sawai Madho Singh II. It has suites for the queens of Jaipur and at the head a suite for the king himself. The rooms are linked by corridors and still have some delicate frescoes. … It offers the top view of the city, We saw some hoardings about wax museum opening soon. I think that is probably to invite more tourists to this fort.
Don’t go there by Uber or Ola taxicabs, because as soon as you enter the Amber area INR 200 will be added to you bill as Tax
We hired cab for INR – 200 Per hour. It took us 6 hours to cover all the three forts and we had lunch at LMB. So we ended up paying INR – 1400, which was seemed to be a very decent deal.
Entry Fee – INR 50 Per Person
Parking Charges – INR 40 (Which we paid)
