1. Get Moving
Do not sit or lie for longer tenure. This will not only affect your back but also neck. Keep moving after every thirty minutes. If you are a working professional, ensure that you stretch the body parts, take breaks and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Cold And Hot Compress
If you have severe back pain, go with hot and cold compress method. Do not apply ice directly to your back. Follow this procedure with in 24 hours of severe back pain. Apply cold pack for 20 minutes and then hot pack for next twenty minutes. You will be relieved from the pain.
3. Soak In Hot Bath
If you have severe back injury, soak yourself in the pool of warm water for few minutes. You can also add salt to it. Do not stay for longer time
